📱 Track Cardio/ Sports & Other Activities Manually in the App
Open the App Tap the “+” icon at the bottom-right of your screen.
Select “Activity” Choose your Activity from the menu options.
Enter Details Fill in:
Type of activity (e.g., running, biking, rowing, tennis, fitness class, strength training, yoga, pilates, general...)
Duration
Distance (if applicable)
Calories burned (optional)
Notes or effort level
Save Your Session Tap Save to log it to your calendar.
🏋️ How to Track Workouts in ABC Trainerize
Whether you're logging workouts yourself or your trainer is doing it for you, here’s how it works:
📱 Tracking Workouts on Mobile
1. Open Your Profile
Your trainer taps your name in their Clients section, then hits Open to access your dashboard.
2. Track Scheduled Workouts
There are two ways to track workouts:
Via Calendar Tab
Tap Calendar in the bottom navigation
Select the workout to track

Via Dashboard To-Do List
Tap the workout under your To-do list
Complete and save it
💡 You can also go back to past days and log missed workouts.

3. Track Multiple Past Workouts
Tap the + icon on your dashboard
Select Date → choose the day(s)
Tap Workout → select the workout
Hit Add To Yesterday
It will appear as a completed workout in your calendar
💻 Tracking Workouts on Web
If your trainer is using the web platform:
Open your profile → go to Calendar
Select the date → schedule or select a workout
Click the workout → hit Enter Stats
Fill in the details → click Save
✅ The workout will now show as completed in your calendar.

Every time you complete workouts and hit milestones, you’ll unlock achievement badges! 🎉 You can view them in your timeline, notifications, or dashboard. It’s a fun way to stay motivated and celebrate your progress.

Whether you're rocking a Garmin watch or syncing through Apple Health, ABC Trainerize makes it super easy to track your daily movement, workouts, sleep, and more—all in one place. Let’s walk through how to get connected so your trainer can see your progress and help you crush those goals. 💥
🛰️ Syncing Your Garmin Device with ABC Trainerize
If you're using a Garmin wearable, here's how to link it to your ABC Trainerize account:
✅ What You’ll Need:
A Garmin device
A Garmin account (you’ll log in to authorize the connection)
🔗 Steps to Connect:
Open the ABC Trainerize mobile app
Tap the More tab (bottom right corner)
Select Garmin, then tap Connect
Log in using your Garmin credentials
Allow access to Activities and Daily Health Stats, then tap Agree
Once connected, Garmin will begin syncing:
Activities (runs, rides, workouts)
Daily steps
Sleep data
Resting heart rate
Calories burned
Body weight and body fat %
⏳ Note: The first sync pulls in two weeks of data and may take a few minutes. After that, updates will appear quickly!
🍎 Syncing Apple Health with ABC Trainerize
Apple Health is a powerful hub that connects multiple fitness apps and wearables to ABC Trainerize. Even if you’re not using an Apple Watch, you can still sync data from apps like Strava, Nike Run Club, and MyZone.
✅ What You’ll Need:
Apple Health app (pre-installed on iPhones)
Your wearable’s companion app (e.g., Garmin Connect, Fitbit, Strava)
🔗 Steps to Connect:
Connect your wearable to its app (e.g., Garmin Connect, Fitbit app)
Enable sharing with Apple Health
Go into your wearable’s app settings and allow it to share data with Apple Health
Apple Watch users are already connected by default
Open ABC Trainerize mobile app
Tap More (three dots icon)
Scroll to Apple Health and tap Connect
Turn All Categories On and tap Allow
You’ll be redirected back to ABC Trainerize with a confirmation message
🧠 What Syncs Over:
Steps
Sleep
Calories burned
Lean body mass
Blood pressure
Resting heart rate
Workout activities (e.g., running, biking, volleyball, rock climbing)
📊 Your synced data will appear in your dashboard and progress graphs on both mobile and web platforms.
