Strengthen & Lengthen is a dynamic class designed to cater to individuals of all levels and abilities, spanning ages 20 to 60. Whether you're a seasoned fitness enthusiast or just beginning your wellness journey, this class offers something for everyone.

Led by our experienced instructor, each session is structured to enhance strength, improve mobility, and boost overall fitness levels. Participants engage in a variety of exercises and movements carefully selected to target different muscle groups, improve flexibility, and enhance cardiovascular health.

One of the key features of this class is its emphasis on individualized attention and support. Our instructor provides modifications and adjustments tailored to each participant's specific needs and abilities. 

Above all, Strengthen & Lengthen prioritizes enjoyment and camaraderie. Participants are encouraged to have fun, challenge their limits, and celebrate their progress together. This empowering fitness class is designed specifically for adults aged 60+ and those with reduced mobility or balance challenges. Whether you're standing or seated, every movement is tailored to help you feel stronger, safer, and more energized—without ever needing to get down on the floor.

What You’ll Gain:

Each week includes a follow-along video delivered to your inbox so you can continue practicing at home. In case of instructor absence, you'll receive alternative homework and a make-up class.

Healthy Mommas

Invites mothers (8 weeks post partum- 2 years post partum) to embark on a dynamic and invigorating journey towards postpartum recovery, enhanced mobility, and community connection. This class is tailored to address the unique needs and challenges of postpartum individuals while providing a supportive environment for new parents.

Through a carefully curated blend of strength training, core, cardio exercises, and mobility drills, participants will rediscover their strength, regain flexibility, and improve overall fitness levels.

The incorporation of strollers into the workouts allows parents to keep little ones close by while prioritizing their own health and well-being.

Vanje Watson brings expertise and empathy to each session, guiding participants through safe and effective exercises, offering modifications as needed, and providing encouragement every step of the way.
