WORKING AT YOUR OWN PACE IN YOUR OWN SPACE
My journey into fitness began during my time at Wilfrid Laurier University in Waterloo, where I first became certified as a fitness instructor. Just two years later, in 2009, I took a leap and became a certified Personal Trainer — and I haven’t looked back since.
Over the years, I’ve managed gyms in Port Elgin, Southampton, and Kincardine, gaining invaluable experience and working with clients from all walks of life. Now, I’m thrilled to be branching out on my own, building something rooted in connection, community, and truly personalized care.
These days, you’ll find me in sweet little Tiverton, Ontario, where I live with my amazing husband and our two beautiful daughters. It’s here — in this small but mighty rural community — that I’ve had the privilege of working with clients aged 8 to 90+. From high-performance athletes to busy parents, injured workers to seniors looking to move more confidently, I’ve seen it all. And I love it all.

Yes, I have a long list of certifications — but more importantly, I have over 16 years of hands-on experience and hundreds of client stories that have shaped who I am as a coach and a person. Every one of those people has taught me something, and I carry those lessons with me into each new session.
