30 Min Appointment

$50 per session

An additional $30 per month covers program maintenance, app use, and personalized accountability support for home workouts.

45 Min Appointment

$75 per session

An additional $30 per month covers program maintenance, app use, and personalized accountability support for home workouts.

60 Min Appointment

$95 per session​
