How Personal Training Works at
Watson Wellness

✅ Step 1: Initial Consultation & Assessment

Your journey begins with a 1-hour consultation and assessment ($95). This session helps us understand your goals, movement patterns, and fitness level.

✅ Step 2: Personalized Training Plan

From there, you and Vanje collaborate to create a training plan that fits your lifestyle. Whether you train once a month, biweekly, weekly, or multiple times per week with Watson Wellness, we customize your schedule to set you up for success.

✅ Step 3: Guided Workouts & Homework
With each session, you’ll receive a personalized workout to complete on your own. Your training is supported through a workout account in our app, where you’ll access:

  • Video demonstrations

  • Step-by-step instructions

  • Progress tracking

✅ Step 4: Ongoing Support & Progression
At a minimum, clients check in with Coach Vanje once per month—but frequency is flexible based on your goals. Over time, your workouts will evolve to match your progress, keeping you challenged and moving forward.

Monthly Billing

All personal training sessions will now be billed monthly, based on your selected session frequency (e.g. 1x/month, 2x/month, 4x/month, 6x/month, 8x/ month etc.). When your invoice arrives, that’s your signal to go ahead and book your sessions for the upcoming month. You already know how many and how long they should be—so jump in and get them scheduled. My booking link lets you book up to 30 days in advance.

 

Automated Invoice

Your invoice will be automatically sent each month on the same date as your initial billing date.

 

Rescheduling Policy

  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session.

  • With proper notice (or in cases of sickness/emergency), sessions can be rescheduled within the same billing month.

  • Clients are responsible for rebooking any missed sessions.
     

Booking Your Sessions

To ensure availability, please book all your sessions in advance for the month.
For example, if you have 6 sessions to use, aim to get those booked early to secure your preferred time slots. When your invoice arrives, that’s your signal to go ahead and book your sessions for the upcoming month. You already know how many and how long they should be—so jump in and get them scheduled. Cancellation Courtesy

Late cancellations prevent other clients from booking that time. Please be mindful and cancel as early as possible to open that slot for someone else.
