Individual Design is a fully customized training program designed specifically for your goals, available equipment, schedule, and experience level. It is ideal for at-home exercisers, gym-goers looking for more structure, or anyone wanting clear direction and progression in their fitness journey.

This program includes 3–5 personalized workouts per week, monthly program updates, and coaching tailored to your feedback to help keep you moving toward your goals.

Access weekly workouts and a structured schedule for planned progress 1 month at a time. 

2 / Rep Counts, Instructions  & How to Videos

Receive guidance on rep counts, detailed instructions, and video demonstrations.

3 / Multi-Platform Accessibility:

Access your program seamlessly on your computer, tablet, phone, or opt for a printable version.

4 / Weekly Accountability:

Stay on track with regular check-ins to ensure program completion.​

5/ Initial Consult (20 min):

Understand your goals and scope of training for a personalized approach.

6 / Quick Turnaround

Experience a 1-2 day turnaround for the development of your customized ID Program.

7 / Equipment/Resource Integration:

Provide a list of available equipment/resources (e.g., weights, machines) for a tailored program.
