Option 2 📱 How to Track Your Meals: Full Meal Tracking "Macros"
To enable full meal and macro tracking in Trainerize, your trainer must first set up a nutrition goal for you. Here's a quick summary of how it's done:
In your profile, your trainer goes to the Goals and Habits tab.
They click +NEW and select Daily Nutrition Goal.
Then, they choose one of three goal types:
Calories only
Calories and Protein
Calories and Full Macros
Under “How will client track compliance,” they select Track meal details and choose In-App from the dropdown.
Once this is set, you’ll be able to log meals with full macro details directly in the app
