Option 2 📱 How to Track Your Meals: Full Meal Tracking "Macros"

To enable full meal and macro tracking in Trainerize, your trainer must first set up a nutrition goal for you. Here's a quick summary of how it's done:

  • In your profile, your trainer goes to the Goals and Habits tab.

  • They click +NEW and select Daily Nutrition Goal.

  • Then, they choose one of three goal types:

    • Calories only

    • Calories and Protein

    • Calories and Full Macros

  • Under “How will client track compliance,” they select Track meal details and choose In-App from the dropdown.

Once this is set, you’ll be able to log meals with full macro details directly in the app

Tracking your meals in the Trainerize app is super simple—and powerful. Here’s your step-by-step guide to logging meals, scanning foods, and even adding meals to multiple days.

🍽️ Adding a Meal
